Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule an appointment with us, you agree to the following:

• You will be present or have an authorized representative present at the scheduled time
• You will provide accurate contact information and service location details
• You will notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel
• Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a service call fee

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing practices include:

• All quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time
• Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope
• Any additional work will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards

Warranties

We stand behind our work with the following warranty terms:

• Labor warranties vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service
• Parts and equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer
• Warranty coverage is void if equipment is tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JC Plumbing & Heating, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JC Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our services.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant us permission to:

• Access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested services
• Use water, electricity, and other utilities as needed to complete the work
• Park our service vehicles at or near your property

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
